I've used this phone for a long time and it's always shown up on my PC...just recently it stopped.
I've swapped USB slots, bought a new lead, updated the software but it still doesn't show. i can charge it, but that's it.
I tested it on the Win7 laptop and all is fine... just seems on Win 10 i have the problem.
I tried to install the media package as recommended but it says i already have it...so any help would be very much appreciated. :*)
