DOS comand window

A few random times lately I've had a DOS command window open, do something and close. It happens too quickly for me to see what it is doing. I know that last time I was in Adobe Lightroom but don't recall what I was doing on previous occasions. Anyone know what might be going on, if this is a Win 10 issue or something else?

The only time I have ever had those cmd windows flash quickly is when something is installing.
