Drop Down Menu problem.

Hi, I have developed a fault when I have to use various progs with a drop down menu. Its a desktop with windows 10 and full updates installed. See screenshot !

That image shows it is happening with the Save as... choice under File but does it happen in any other function? Does it happen when a program is Maximized or running Full Screen [yeah, they are different things]? Could be some mismatch in the Display Resolution or Personalize settings where the Font used is too large for the dialog box.
