SOLVED Dual boot setup ends up with 2 Windows 10

I asked this question before. Don't remember where.
My question was :
I have a dual boot with Windows 10 and Insider preview.
Upon restart, on the boot menu there are 2 Windows 10.
I need to rename them so that I know which is which.

I was given a program called BCD, or something like that, and it helped me change the names.
I lost that answer.
