Dual windows 10 can I delete one?

Dual Win. 10 How do I get rid of one OS? Last week I could not do anything on Microsoft Web site or store. I did get to purchase Win 10 home but could not download it or anything from the site on this laptop. I finally called for Tech Help and he finally got it to download and he entered it for me. However since he installed it on my opening screen it now says Dual Win.10 which one do you want to use. I want to get rid of one of these because my laptop Dell Allienware is running much slower. Can I delete one system from my laptop?

So you must have an OS on each to two disk/SSD, figure out which one you want to keep. back up any data on the other disk and then use diskpart all on that other disk. Only one of them will be activated the other won't activate and will give problems after 30 days
