Why when i plug my phone in to be charged the person in the room can hear the connection when I plug it in there APPLE EARBUDS
Also when I play a radio station they hear that also?

I'm not certain, but....
IF I had to guess, I would chalk it up to having to do with the Bonjour Service. Most Apple devices rely heavily on that for automatic network configuration.
IS your phone also an Apple device?

Again, all I'm going by is my experience with my grand children who are all Apple nerds.
They can walk into my house and instantly print to my Epson wireless printer, without any pre-configuration, permissions or setup.
So the fact that apple earbuds might be able to interact with other devices on the same network is not too surprising to me. Although it seems like it could be pretty annoying
