Edge won't show my my.yahoo.com page

When I sign into my.yahoo.com with Edge I can get to my mail but I will not show my customized page and this just started happening with IE as well. I have 2 identical HP laptops and one is of and the other is not. Both are running Windows 10 Pro.
Any ideas? I have cleared cache, history and any thing else i can think of.
