eliminate frequent list

When I right click on Internet Explorer in the Taskbar I see a list of Frequent sites visited. How can I get rid of this list and keep it from regenerating?

Start button > left side, select Settings > select Personalization > left side, click Start > at the bottom > turn off Show recent opened items etc.

Also, for good measures......... Open IE11 > Tools > Internet Options > under Browsing history > check the box " Delete browsing history on exit" > OK when done.
