Enlarge Fonts

how can i enlarge the size of the font beneath the icons on the screen as attached

Start, Settings, then search on text to find the setting to change text size.

After searching "Text" select "Make text and other items larger or smaller". In "Change only the text size" click for the drop down and select "Icons".
The long way is at Settings/Display/Advanced display settings/Advanced sizing of text and other items/Change only the text size/Icons.
Simply checking "Bold" may be all you need.
You can search "text" directly from the task bar.
