Epson printer's ink levels

On both my PC and on Surface Pro, I am unable to see the printer's ink levels, which were available on all previous versions of Windows since Windows HP.
Does any one know how to obtain this on Windows 10 just installed?

checkout the makers site my Epson p50 works ok didn't need any drivers thankfully

I downloaded all my printer drivers again. I can see my levels now. Thanks. Hope this helps.

You go to settings. View printers. Right click. Should see printing preferences. After I downloaded drivers. I saw my levels here.

I ripped my Epson printer disk to my hard drive then sent the folder to my tablet you can use either by usb or onedrive and installed my printer software +driver don't forget too show all files when you rip the cd
here is a good dodge should work for most printers when it says cant find printer click will plug in printer later
