Error 0xc0000428

Hello,
I run windows 7 ultimte. And i want to upgrade to windows 10. So i downloaded the media creation tool and installed windows 10. While installing windows 10, my pc restarted and after installing the updates, it says:

"Your pc need to be repaired. The operating system couldn't be loaded because the digital signature of a file couldn't be verified.

File: /windows/system32/drivers/oem-drv64.sys.

Error code : 0xc0000428.

you will need to use recovery tools."

Anyone please help me with this problem........thanks a lot guys.........

Unless you downloaded W10 before the {free.} cut off period you will need to buy W 10 as it is no longer given to you as a free O S.
