error code 0x803F7000 in Windows store 10

Hello and welcome to the forum.
I do not have an answer for you except to say that there are apparently quite a few people with the same or at least very similar problems.

It seems an ongoing issue.
The Store works.... it's down, it's up and then even when the Store App works it seems that downloading individual apps or updating existing apps can be a separate problem, as you seem to be experiencing.
AND then a Windows Update comes along and seems to break things all over again.

IDK, but one would think that, with this being a critical part to the overall Windows 10 PC as well as Windows 10 Mobile, Microsoft would endeavor to provide a lasting resolution to this problem.
