error loop- windows 10 -blue screen of death

Valid windows 7, sit back and relax message on the install, then blue screen of death and error loop, No help from Microsoft. Off to local computer store to see if they can get this fixed or off of my PC..... way to go Bill - no wonder the upgrade was free.

To fix the issue follow the give methods:


Method 1:

1. Reboot your computer
2. Press on “F8” button to enter into “Advanced boot options” menu.
3. In “Advanced boot options” window, choose the “Safe Mode” feature.
4. Press “Enter” button.
5. For Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 you will need to log on with administrator account.
6. Hit on the “Desktop” icon in start screen.
7. Move on “Settings” feature.
8. In the “Settings” menu or click on “Control Panel” icon.
9. Now in “Control Panel” window tap on “Device Manager”
10. In “Device Manager” menu click on “Display adapters” category
11. You get graphics driver used in Windows 10 right click on it.
12. Left click on “Uninstall” option.
13. Left click on “OK” button that appears to confirm uninstall process.

After the driver is uninstalled take out Windows 10 boot media and restart your system.
