Errors on Chrome page

When browsing using Chrome on certain websites, I see certain parts (4cm square) of the page out of position or increased size to the rest of the page, till I hover the cursor over and left click to reset that part.

Using the latest Chrome and system fully up-dated on a HP Laptop.

Can't use Internet Explorer having an issue on another thread here.

Any clues.

It ius my understanding that Chrome does not use Flash. Try using Firefox 42, it works great on Windows 10!
