This problem is really frustrating me
I get a the following event frequently.

Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000000055192

Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\dwmcore.dll

immediately after that I get graphics issues. the tooltips get all messed up (see link)

as I was writing this post the Nvidia driver crashed and recovered which is what I suspect is one of the players in this drama not sure if it is cause or effect yet
The OS is a clean build not an upgrade.
