When I right click on the windows icon, a menu comes up It starts with "Programs and Features" and ends with "Desktop". The menu includes Control Panel, Task Manager, etc. But if I try to access ANY of the items listed in the menu, I get a popup window from Express Plus Zip Files telling me that my free trial is over and offers a link to purchase the program. I don't know what this is or what to do about it!! I can't even look at the programs on my computer to try to uninstall express zip. Now my printer has suddenly stopped printing from my computer although I can copy on my printer. But I can't even look at my control panel or anything! I am so frustrated and really wish I had not installed windows 10. Can anyone help?

Scroll down to the bottom and grab the free portable version, it does not require installation.
See if you can get rid of the Express Zip program with that.
