FACEBook won't respond.

I have forgotten password. Have done what it is asked to recover to no avail. Facebook won't respond to requests. Very frustrating. Is there something wrong with their programming?

I've never used Facebook, so I do not know how they recover from a forgotten password.

However, if you think you may have at any stage saved the password then you can do the following to see what that password was:

• Type credential manager into the Cortana search field and press Enter
• When the window opens, if not already selected, select Web Credentials
• If you see Facebook listed here, click the drop arrow to the right of Facebook entry, then:
  • Click Show to the right of Password entry which for now will appear as a series of dots.
    
    The Show feature, will display the actual password you used.
