Flash viewer slow

Loaded Windows 10 yesterday and tried to use web cam but the display by Adobe flash viewer in Edge and Internet Explorer was very slow (5 to 6 fps). Tried Chrome and the display was what it should be 15 to 20 fps. Why are Edge and Internet Explorer slow and what is the fix?

I think my problem is that Edge and Internet explorer are so slow on win 10 that it slows flash to a crawl.. Chrome is the only viewer that works... Microsoft better get its act together-
