Folder or File open in another program

Hi guys, i do a large amount of copying and moving folders to different hard drives, Getting a message as shown below


Folder In Use

The action can't be completed because the folder or file is open in another program.



I have check this no other program using this folder, Any ideas how to sort please as this is very frustrating .

What type of file is it and is a program running which could have a hold on it? Even on some networked device?

Any virtual desktops active?

You might check the security permissions to see if you or your admin have full control and what the owner is.
