Football Manager 2014 not running on Windows 10

I updated from Windows 7 (Home Edition 64 bit) to Windows 10 (Home 64 bit). I had Football Manager 2014 (via Steam) installed on my computer and working fine with Windows 7. Now I get an Application Error: "A serious error was encountered and the application will close. An error file has been generated...". I have tried right clicking the .exe-file and Troubleshoot compatibility and there tried with compatibility towards Windows 7, without helping. I also can't choose compatibility mode through right clicking and choosing Properties, as there is no Compatibility tab in Properties. Please help.
