Freezing on welcome to windows 10 pahe after upgrade

Hi guys, i just upgraded to windows 10 ran through the installation no problems but now ive ran into one. Right after all my files were coppied and everything i came to the welcome to windows 10 page when i select next it freezes and eventually will reboot and do the same thing again

Try disconnecting all peripherals from your computer. Especially any USB dongles supporting wireless keyboards, mice or networking, but even USB printers, cards in card reader slots, etc. etc. Just USB wired keyboard, USB wired mouse and standard monitor.
See if the installation will finish.
