Fullscreen start menu always unfolded

I have noticed that the area which shows shut down, personal folders etc is always visible when fullscreen start menu is not enabled. But when you change to fullscreen mode, you have to unfolde that part of the start menu, which I find very anoying, since i prefer fullscreen start menu.

So the question is, can you pin that part to the fullscreen start menu.

Looks like you can't have the cake and eat it too.

Why not post you request at the Feedback app where Microsoft people are supposed to read and take notes ?
You might get enough "votes" from other insiders that MS will work on it.
