Graphics Rendering Issue - Random Corruption/Pixelation

I have an hp Compaq 6530b which worked perfectly on Windows 7 with no display issues. Every version of Windows 10 which has been installed on it, both 64-bit and 32-bit have this weird random graphics display issues.

I thought it might have been the memory but it stops when you go back to Windows 7. Has anyone else seen this and have they managed to fix it?

I notice that they have a recent (april) driver for both the driver itself (Intel Video Driver and Control Panel) as well as something called (Intel HD Graphics with Turbo Boost Technology) perhaps one or both of those might help the problem.

Thanks but that driver is a the 2011 Windows 7 driver, the dates are wrong since HP updated their website (every driver is 9th April 2016).
