Gray Screen after changing user

Upgraded to windows 10, worked fine until I changed user, gray screen came on and still is there after shutting computer off and on. Any ideas?

Have you tried using
Ctrl + Alt + Delete
Keyboard combination to see if it will produce anything.
Perhaps you can launch task manager and kill the Windows Explorer process and then re-launch it.

I finally got my screen back but I think I have to do something with the setting for other users. Thanks.
