I know this sounds like a stupid question, but....
Are you all caught up on your Windows Updates. There was another cumulative update today.
Also check the Store App and see if there is anything pending there.
Thanks yes i have tried all the things suggested in that link and all the latest updates are now in.
There doesn't look like a way of uninstalling and reinstalling.
Just another W10 bug that may get sorted in time but i know it was working a while ago.
