Hard to read button fonts

When editing your comments (and possibly elsewhere), the "Save Changes" and "More Options" button text is faint and hard to read. It almost looks as if both buttons are disabled.

It is strange how I have been watching this issue for a week and now that someone else says they don't see any problem, I check and now I don't see the issue either.

OK once again, I edited a post and the buttons looked disabled but yet fully functional.

I think what is happening, the buttons appearance by default is disabled and there is code that runs to change the state once they are found to be enabled. And for some reason the code to change the buttons appearance is not completing.
