i love this site i have few problems with my computers my mic want work in high definition audio device but my webcam mic works fine do anybody no how fix this ty this cool place love being here

Hi Glen,

Welcome to the Forum.

If you right-click on Start then select Device Manager then in the window that opens scroll down and expand Sound, video and game controllers is your headset displayed, or has Microsoft substituted it with Microsoft HD Audio Device?

If it has, you may need to right-click that and select Update driver then choose to install the ones for your headset.

You'll need to reboot computer after doing that, but once done you should then be able to right-click the sound icon in your System tray and select Playback Devices then set your headset as Default
