How can I get help with the Easy Transfer app, either free or pro? I have downloaded it from the Windows Store on my Lumia 435 phone (W 8.1) and can access it on my Tablet PC (W10) using the address provided for it in the phone. I can get it to work on my Tablet but I cannot see what to do in the phone, to select files to transfer or to receive files.
I cannot find any information anywhere. There is no email address or web site, such as is usually found in the Store. The website which opens in my Tablet does not have any help or contact link. Searching has not come up with anything helpful. It looks like a good app, if I could find help to get it to work.
