hi so I've received the windows 10 download notification but it won't finished downloading in the background. I do have some windows 8.1 updates that no matter what I do I cannot get them to install. Do I need to get those to install before that or what? I've been trying to get these updates to install for two days now and every time that I even come close to them installing they just say Undoing updates.
