SOLVED How Can I Bypass Administrative Priviledge to Add Photos to Pictures?

Whenever I try to add a photo to my Pictures folder, W10 demands that I ask for administrative authority. This time consuming, cumbersome, and unnecessary for me. How can I program it to allow me to change files?

You need to edit and give Permissions to Users.

Open File Explorer > click This Pc > right click at Pictures folder > Properties > Security > under Group or User names box, highlight Users > click Edit > check the boxes to give Full Control etc to Users > Apply/OK
