I am using a Dell laptop and it says I am up to date, but the last update was on 11/11/15 "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB31052130)". How come I never got the December 4 update, I have another laptop that I use that updated, but not on this one.

I have had 1 security update for Flash and 4 cumulative updates since the actual 1511 update which I got on the 12th November.
Flash 3103688
Then 3118754,3120677,3116908 and 3122947 in order.

All on a desktop.

Is this something I should be concerned with or do you think it just hasn't rolled out to me yet?

The current official W10 is 1511 build 10586.17 and that is what you should see if you run Winver. What is Winver saying now? Somewhere on this forum there are instructions from Trouble as to how to force the download of individual updates. I believe that as they are cumulative you should only need the latest one to get uptodate.

So you need the 'big' update to 10586 first and that is why you are not getting the rest of the updates. The fabled TH2 update. Again, somewhere on this site there are instructions as to how to force it. It looks like a brand new build when it installs.

When was that one released?
