I have a VCF (vCard) file with over 1000 contacts, and it is too large to import into my phone. Can someone suggest an easy way to break this VCF file into smaller parts or individual contact files?

I highly recommend the TrustVare Contacts Manager because it quickly manages my company's large-sized VCF files and separates them into many VCF files without losing their format. This vCard standalone efficiency split VCF file keeps all contact information, including name, phone number, and other key data. Furthermore, this VCF divider software functions nicely on my current operating system, Windows 11. You also use this application because it offers a free trial.

If you are looking to effortlessly break a large VCF file into smaller files, I can recommend using Softaken Split vCard Pro. Because this expert Windows friendly vCard splitter can quickly split large VCF file into multiple contact files without losing any information like phone numbers, email addresses, or photos. It supports all major vCard versions (2.1, 3.0, 4.0) and works completely offline.I used it when my VCF file had over 1000 contacts and wouldn’t open properly. This tool handled it easily and created separate .vcf files for each contact.

I can suggest the best way to split any oversized vCard files into smaller VCF files, You can try the WholeClear Split vCard Software . This advanced VCF split tool divides vCard files smoothly without any error or data loss. The tool maintains all VCF contact information like, name, email address, phone number, address, city, country, and zip code during splitting. Additionally, the software is compatible with both vCard and Windows OS versions. Plus this software offers a free demo and smoothly divide large vCard files.
