How to cancel update to Windows 10

I upgraded my Win 7 to 10 but it worked really bad so i restored Win 7. But now Windows Update told me he is ready to update to Windows 10 and installation will begin after restarting. My pc is launched now for about 16 hours cause im afraid that if i'll turn off my computer installation of win 10 will begin. Anyone know what can i do? Sorry if I made a few mistakes english isnt my native language, also i dont know geeky terminology

So I can uninstall windows 10 and my original windows 8 will be there? Or will I have to download that again?

Within a month I believe. But you'll have to reinstall all your apps and programs..

in win 10 you go settings -> backup (sth like that) -> recover win 7 (win 8 in your case), i didnt lose anything and everything works
