How do I change the size of a window in Windows 10. In previous versions we could click on the icon of multiple widows, that was in between the ' X ' to close and the ' - ' to minimize the window. Now, it seems I can only drag the window to one size or the other and have it fill one-half of the screen, then populate the other have with another window - except when one of the windows is a web page.
