There may be a date on the motherboard. What cpu does it have? What is the memory speed and type. The bios may have a date . If it is one of the standard Bios then it is likely to have a serial number which you can google.
you can look up the serial number or service tag on the manufacturers website. That gives you an approximate date of manufacturing cause usually PC's are registered with purchase date
You can use any of them but CMD is quite simple with more accurate results. Other two methods are also useful. For an idea, you can get the year of your system through processor generation.
