Hi,
I recently switched from Mac to a windows PC. So far I am really happy except for one thing. I don't know how to do hot keys.
On mac you have the spotlight search by pressing alt+space (or other combination of keys, it is up to you), what it does it brings something like the Cortana search next to the start on Windows 10.
What I want to do is make my alt+space keys open the Cortana search so that I can straight away type something in the search.

Do you know if this is possible on a PC?

Best Regards

But I have Cortana, I just don't want to move my mouse to the search box of Cortana to look for something but instead have a key combination for it. Like when you press the windows key the start menu opens.

You just have to talk to Cortana she's a good listener, but you have to move your lips LOL.
Hang in there, MS will surely come out with an app that moves the mouse using REM
