I'm having a problem on both my HP and Toshiba computers since upgrading to windows 10. I want my screen to be at 100%, and never change. During a session it will either increase or decrease on its own (while the cursor is resting or usually when moving it across the screen) . This was not an issue on windows 8 or in prior releases. This is very annoying, as I sometimes have to reset it to 100% up to 20 times over the period of a couple hours. I have made sure that the feature is off in the control panel and adjusted sensitivity but it doesn't solve the problem. Is there a command I can write to the registry to disable it, or what is the solution?
