How to find deleted e-mails

Can somebody tell me where I can find the deleted e-mails in Windows 10 e-mail. It was a simple exercise in Windows live Mail to get things back, but I am bushed on this one.
Also, how do I make most of the junk mail go into JUNK mail automatically like I could do on Windows live mail.

ON the left at the bottom of the folder list you should see "More"
Click that and you should see Deleted Items
