SOLVED How to get the snip and sketch button on top of a full screen window

Hi all,
I would like to know if it is possible to show the Snip and Sketch button on top of a widow that takes the whole screen.
The size of the window cannot be changed, and the task bar cannot be accessed when the window is open.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Not at my computer right now, but, in the settings and options for the tool, you can activate the shortcut key (prnt scrn). Pressing this will put it, as you wish, onthe top of the screen
