How to Hide Window Updates that fail to download ?

This download: Security Update for PowerPoint 2002 (KB905758) fails to download in Windows 10. There appears to be no way of hiding this update. It has now tried 5 times today, and failed every time. Has Windows 10 lost the ability to allow users to hide unwanted updates ?. Is there a solution ?
