How To I Find External Hard Drive (western Digital, Elements)on Windows 10?

I have an external hard( wd elements) which is formatted exfat but my new laptop(asus ux303ub , os:windows10) can't detect this ?
Whether windows 10 supports this external hard or not?
Please guide me

First try rebooting with the hard drive attached and see if that changes anything.
Next, right click the Start Button and choose Disk Management.
See if the drive is listed there.
IS the drive USB powered only or does it have its' own AC power adapter?
