How to view MS Edge background pictures and like or not like them

I use Windows 10 and MS Edge. Right above the various news and topics previously selected as my topics of interest there is a "ribbon" that shows a portion of a background picture. There used to be a "link" on which I clicked to be able to see the whole background and indicate whether I like it or not. However, since the most recent automated software update, it no longer is possible to expand the background picture so I can see it and it is no longer possible to like or not like.

How may I view the full background pictures and like or not like them?
