I’m unable to log into my pc, yet I can on my iPad using the same password

My pc rejects my password yet I’m able to log in on my iPad using the same password. I’ve tried changing the password on the ipad but I’ve been rejected my Microsoft

The issue started after I upgraded from W8 to W10. Haven’t been able to login since. I hope your approach is still appropriate.
