I want to disable Flicks in Pen and Touch settings

Hi all,

I finally got my Intuos2 Wacom to work with Windows 10 and I can use it in Photoshop which is great. I tried to use the Wacom in Isketch but it doesn't work. I was advised to go to Control Panel > Pen and Touch > Flicks and disable it, but I get 'These settings are managed by your system administrator'.

Any advice would be appreciated.
