Image Software Freeware

Hi,

I am seeking recommendation to an image editing software. I only need few basic features,
Such as:

1. drawing basic shape outline,
2. arrow to point
3. and to add text.

Few screenshot extensions could do that and they're very lightweight, and free too!

So, any recommendation?

Seems like the native "Paint" program would handle all three of those items, without the need to add any additional third party program.
Start button -> Windows Accessories -> Paint

I concur with Trouble......Windows builtin software "Paint" should be more than sufficient for your needs. I use "Paint" all the time for such things to post.
