Insignia tablet error message

Insignia tablet did not start correctly message. I have tried all options of recovery and have had no luck. Please help.

Do you have backups of all your critical data?
I'm not familiar with that particular product but most such devices provide a mean of resetting the computer to factory conditions.
You might try checking any documentation you have or with Insignia's support site / community forum to see if there are any instructions as to how to hard reset the tablet to factory OOBE.
WARNING: That will completely erase all your personal files and programs.
