Installer User Interface Not Valid

Cannot install a Game because "Installer User Interface Not Supported." How can I get "Valid UI modes GUI, Console or Silent?" Help please.

Perhaps if you could advise as to the particular name of the Game you are trying to install, someone might have a suggestion.

Game is Football Manager 2011, which I have used on my previous computer for some time. I recently bought a new computer and received the message "Installer User Interface Not Supported".
