under system requirements it would appear that Windows 10 all versions are supported.
Are you, or were you running the latest version.

If you're payed up with Kaspersky, download "Kaspersky Total Security 2016".
The new Kaspersky may prevent Microsoft updates. To Fix: double click on the Kaspersky icon, click on the gear in the lower left corner, click on performance, click on Concede resources to other applications.
