KB 3140741 installed and now have network adaptor error

I have Windows 10 updates automatically installed. KB3140741 installed on 3/22/2016. No network connection.
Run diagnostics and get "windows did not detect a properly installed network adaptor... blah blah.

can I roll back the update? how do I get a driver installed when I have no network connection?

I got exactly the same problem, I have a Dell XPS13, the network device doesn't even show up in devices anymore, and I can't uninstall the update.
