KB3074667 refuses to download

Anyone else have this issue? I've had issues with updates sitting at 0% for hours, but usually a reboot will kick start it.

No problem here. It does require a reboot, to install, but that is after the download.

Lol. Well, I had turned off "Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows", and set to "Notify to schedule". Reset those to default and it downloads. You wouldn't think that would affect a security update. Another reason my main PC won't be seeing Windows 10 for quite a while.

o need to turn of the "notify to...." But the update does fix some security holes in other MS items which are automatically installed. (Paint, Photo gallery...etc etc.
Really beyond me, though, why it would not download. Install, yes, small problem there .
